J.E. (Jayne) Barnard is Canadian, raised on Air Force bases in Europe and North America. She
has been published in short fiction, scripts, novels, and non-fiction since 1990. Her manuscript evaluation services started in 2005 and her sensitivity reading for disabled/chronically ill characters in 2020.
